We transformed an outdated website into an engaging and dynamic sales resource for Altec Patios. This project involved completing 47 high-quality pages in a timeframe of only 4 weeks.
How we helped Altec
By rewriting and adding new content to the Altec website, we were able to create a modern and brand-appropriate persona to match their new site’s design.
Our goal was to refresh, rewrite, and create original content for Altec’s new website. Their online copy needed to be:
- Technically accurate
- Persuasive enough to drive enquiries.
As part of the research process, iProspect connected with Feann Torr at motoring.com.au and Christopher Jones at bicycles.net.au. Both contacts provided quotes to summarise the message of the infographic. We also engaged Edward Hore, president of cycle.org.au – an organisation that engages with councils, the government and agencies to deliver better outcomes for road users. This strategy of engaging key experts in the research phase helps to optimise the inherent interest of themes during the production phase, while also adding credibility to the subject.
In design, the infographic communicated that we need to create a culture of mutual respect between road users. It’s uplifting, friendly, and positive, and gives a balanced view that doesn’t blame either group.
In the interest of balance, the theme is divided into two halves, with tips and advice on either side of the ‘road’. The design and graphical elements were purposely kept simple for easy translation of the key themes, but also in keeping with the client’s brand guidelines.
We optimised landing pages with target keywords and wrote content specifically to fit within the design and layout of the client’s new website. Altec was very happy with the quality of the copy delivered.
Weeks Turnaround Time
Over the course of 4 weeks, we completely rewrote every piece of content on the Altec website, getting it ready for the launch date.
